Over 3,000 residential lots of various ranges have been developed and marketed over the past 20 years, notably in Beau Vallon, Mahebourg, and Souillac. More recently, Beau Vallon Property has successfully developed agricultural land projects in Combo, Le Val, and Grand Bel Air.
Our flagship project, Pointe d’Esny le Village, developed under the Property Development Scheme (PDS), completed its infrastructure works in October 2023. Construction of the first off-plan residential properties sold under VEFA (sale in future state of completion), will start in 2024.

Les Berges de Beau Vallon project will be an eco-district located on the site of the first sugar factory in Beau Vallon.
With its authentic villas, Pointe d'Esny le Village is a one-of-a-kind project.
The agricultural subdivision of Grand Bel Air is located next to Ville Noire, less than 2 km from Mahébourg.
