Pointe d’Esny Le Village (PDLV) is a project developed under the “Property Development Scheme (PDS), with an area of 70 hectares, including 12 hectares of green spaces, in a booming region, located close to one of the most beautiful lagoons on the island, with access to the beach. PDLV is an authentic and lively seaside village, a natural sanctuary between land and sea and offers all the necessary daily facilities. The project includes a green lung of 29 acres (12 ha) accessible to all residents of the project. The infrastructure works of phase 1 of the project were completed in October 2023.
