Les Berges de Beau Vallon project will be an eco-district located on the site of the first sugar factory in Beau Vallon. This new mixed-use district will be adapted to the island and tropical context, and built with a long-term, sustainable and exemplary perspective, to meet the growing needs of a population which will grow considerably, in the South-East region, by 2025. Les Berges de Beau Vallon will include a market, a food court, an artists’ village, bars and restaurants, a concert and exhibition space, as well as a high-end residential area (building land and collective housing).
