Head of Sales and Marketing – Property

Groupe Beau Vallon is one of the main economic players in the Southeast of the island. We have considerably diversified activities over the past fifteen years into key sectors such as diversified agriculture, hospitality and property development.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing for our property cluster to manage the overall sales and marketing activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the property cluster, the successful candidate will focus on developing and executing sales strategies, driving sales realization, conducting sales and marketing trend analysis, and executing promotional events both locally and internationally.

 

DUTIES

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns aligned with defined strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Perform sales depending on the nature of project and client profiles.
  • Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budgets.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the sales and marketing teams.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and objectives for Team members.
  • Lead sales campaign on the local and international market.
  • Develop and manage customer experience initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activities and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Monitor the Company’s assets rental department.

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, or any related fields.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proven management experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication skills & negotiation expertise.
  • Self-motivator and passionate with strong interpersonal relationships skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
