Graphic Designer

Groupe Beau Vallon is one of the main economic players in the Southeast of the island. We have considerably diversified activities over the past fifteen years into key sectors such as diversified agriculture, hospitality and property development. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to enhance our visual communication across these sectors.

Reporting directly to the Communication Manager, the Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity.

KNOW-HOW:

Design and Development: Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs for print, digital media, social media, marketing materials, websites, and other communication platforms.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are aligned with the Groupe Beau Vallon’s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all clusters.
Collaboration: Work closely with the different teams and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our visual content.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

KNOWLEDGE:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience. Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.

SKILLS:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
