Groupe Beau Vallon is one of the main economic players in the Southeast of the island. We have considerably diversified activities over the past fifteen years into key sectors such as diversified agriculture, hospitality and property development.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Communication Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting in the development of strategies to promote our brand and engage our audience. It requires strategic thinking, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Reporting to the Communication Manager, the Communication Executive will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

KNOW-HOW:

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective communication strategies that create brand awareness.
Creation of press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and other marcom materials.
Help maintain the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging.
Assist in organizing and directing promotional events, press conferences and presentations, including coordinating logistics and materials.
Liaise with external partners such as creative agencies to help create effective campaigns.
Serve as a point of contact for communication consultants and media.
Monitor the company’s social media and online presence, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Prepare and maintain detailed media activity reports.
Provide administrative support to the department where necessary.
Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Fluent in English and French
Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics.

SKILLS:

Ability to work under pressure
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
