Beau Vallon Inclusive Foundation
The Beau Vallon Inclusive Foundation embodies Groupe Beau Vallon’s commitment to inclusive and sustainable development in the south-eastern region of Mauritius.
Previously known as the Pointe d’Esny Sanctuary Foundation, it is part of a long-term vision rooted in the realities of our region and aligned with the Group’s core values: proximity, responsibility, and collaboration.
The Foundation was born from a defining event: the Wakashio oil spill in 2020, off the coast of Pointe d’Esny. This environmental disaster deeply impacted our coastline, biodiversity, and community. It has triggered a collective awareness of our environment’s fragility and the urgent need to act. For the Group, it marked a turning point: the moment to reaffirm, with clarity and conviction, our territorial responsibility.
